5. Cancellation and Termination

- Using the services for illegal activities, including hacking, piracy, or fraud.

3. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন MMM Telecom-এর সাথে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করার সময়, আপনি সত্য এবং সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে সম্মত হন। আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট লগইন শংসাপত্রের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার জন্য এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে ঘটে যাওয়া সমস্ত কার্যকলাপের জন্য দায়ী৷ আপনি যদি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার সন্দেহ করেন তবে আপনাকে অবশ্যই আমাদের অবিলম্বে অবহিত করতে হবে।
4. মূল্য এবং বিলিং আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত বা আপনার পরিষেবা চুক্তিতে প্রদত্ত হার এবং ফি সাপেক্ষে। সমস্ত ফি আপনার বিলে উল্লিখিত নির্ধারিত তারিখে প্রযোজ্য। সময়মতো অর্থ প্রদানে ব্যর্থতার ফলে পরিষেবাগুলি স্থগিত বা সমাপ্ত হতে পারে৷ আপনি নিম্নলিখিত সম্মত হন: আপনি সমস্ত প্রযোজ্য ফি, ট্যাক্স এবং সারচার্জ প্রদানের জন্য দায়ী। বিলিং চক্র পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, এবং অর্থপ্রদান সাধারণত মাসিক বকেয়া হয় যদি না অন্যথায় সম্মত হয়। পেমেন্ট দেরী হলে, আপনি দেরী ফি বা পরিষেবা বিঘ্নিত হতে পারে.
5. বাতিলকরণ এবং সমাপ্তি আপনি আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবা বিভাগের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে যেকোনো সময় আপনার পরিষেবা বাতিল করতে পারেন। যে কোনো অবশিষ্ট ব্যালেন্স অবশ্যই বাতিল করার সময় সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধ করতে হবে। আপনি যদি এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন, অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে লিপ্ত হন বা আপনার বিল পরিশোধ করতে ব্যর্থ হন তবে আমরা পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই আপনার পরিষেবা বন্ধ বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
6. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার আপনি কোনো বেআইনি, ক্ষতিকর, বা অপমানজনক উদ্দেশ্যে MMM টেলিকমের পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার না করতে সম্মত হন৷ এর মধ্যে রয়েছে কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়: স্প্যামিং বা অযাচিত যোগাযোগ পাঠানো। নেটওয়ার্ক নিরাপত্তা বা অখণ্ডতার সাথে আপস করে এমন কার্যকলাপে জড়িত হওয়া। হ্যাকিং, পাইরেসি বা জালিয়াতি সহ অবৈধ কার্যকলাপের জন্য পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করা। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করা বা বন্ধ করা সহ আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলির যে কোনও অপব্যবহারের বিরুদ্ধে তদন্ত এবং ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি৷
